The total license fee payable to Kumon is RM3,500 per subject in two terms. The initial term is the amount of RM2,000 for Provisional License Status and followed by the second term, amount of RM1,500 for Authorised License Status which will be assessed on the twelfth month after operations.

As recognition, the royalty rate will be adjusted to forty percent from forty-five percent after instructors have achieved the Authorised License Status.
