The English programme consists of 18 levels from level 7A to level L. Most levels consists of 200 worksheets. Level 7A is the easiest and L the most difficult. The learning target for language is the acquisition of comprehensive ability to read and understand long passages of written materials.

Rhyming skills Students learn about the relationship between spelling and sound while reinforcing their vocabulary. Simple sentences Students learn the structure of simple sentences by completing sentence diagrams       Synthesising Ideas Students complete the answers to 5W-1H questions about passage by synthesising different points from the passage. Reason and Result Students answer comprehension questions that focus on the reasons for or results of facts or events in the passage. Concision Students condense a text by using key words and identifying a core topic and its conclusion in preparation for level G.         Précis Students further improve their reading ability by completing a précis (short summary) Critical Writing Students use the critical reading skills they have acquired in levels J – L to comment on a section of a passage.               Supplementary Learning Materials           To further enhance students' vocabulary, supplementary tools such as flashcards and CDs are used.
